I have used this product for about a year that was recommended by a woman at the heatlh food store. I had previously tried several others that worked minimally with more hot flashes and irritability. This product was much better. No more hot flashes waking me up at night. I sleep better and have less irritability. The other side effect is that I feel like my old self hormonally with more energy.

I had a hysterectomy in 2002 and could not do hrt because I was pre cancerous. I was having hot flashes, mood swings and such that go with menopause and in general just feeling miserable when a woman at a health food store recommended this product. It has helped tremendously! I would recommend it to anyone to try it.
