I purchased this book hoping to get help with the HCG diet. This book was just the ticket. It leaves no question unanswered. It covers everything from dosage to types of syrum to what and what not to eat. It was a better source that the Doctor at the diet center. I am still using it now that I am done with the diet. It really helps you keep on track and stay at your goal weight. I highly reccomend this book if you are even considering the diet.

I am extremely pleased with this book. It was easy to read, detailed and pratical. It helped to make sense between what my chiropractor was telling me and the extremes of Kevin Trudeau's program. I recommend this to everyone who is investigating or on an HCG diet....I am bringing it to my Chiropractors staff to review as well as they were not able to answer many of my questions that Linda adressed in her book.

This book is a must have if you are going to be using the HCG. I have preferred back to it at least once a day. Very valuable information.

I tried this diet for two plus weeks. It is a very hard diet to follow with it only being 500 calories a day. I was hungry for most of the days so went off it onto a metabolism diet on which I am doing well. I was severely constipated the whole time I was on the diet, which I have a problem with, anyway. Maybe someone else could do better on it than I did! I did lose 9 lbs the first week, but just didn't feel well while being on it.
