Almost done with the program July 26, 2010 Lindsay Kerstetter (YORBA LINDA, CA, US) This book contains an excellent plan to get in incredible shape! I do warn you though -- you need to be in fairly good shape to do this. There's a test in the beginning, I would recommend making sure you can do that before starting. There are some intense strength moves, so practice push ups before starting! Some of the meals are gross, but most of them are delicious and healthy. I plan on eating some of these meals on a regular basis after the 30 days. Also -- I'm on Day 20 of the program and I feel great! I have only lost a pound or two, but I'm already at my healthy weight and I've toned up a lot. Definitely take the before pictures like she says in the beginning, it makes you feel great when you're this far in!

I am sure that this book would do what you need it to do with respect to weight loss regarding the diet and workout plan. Why she would recommend some of the brands and types of food (Splenda, lunchmeat, etc.) is beyond me. Must have been before she was enlightened and wrote Master Your Metabolism. What was she thinking? This is definitely not clean organic eating.

Amazing June 27, 2010 Chelsea Hastings (Florida, USA) I have been using this book for two weeks and have lost 10 Pounds. I am only trying to lose my last 20 pounds which is what the book is made for. I am sure I can do it with this easy to use instructions but you really do have to work hard to keep it up. If you don't have the willpower than you have to find it.
